Customers can request a refund within 24 hours after receiving their order.
Approved refund requests will be provided in the form of a store credit or discount code equal to the purchased product amount.
The code can be used on your next purchase from our store.
Cash refunds and bank transfers are not available.
The product must be unused and in its original condition to qualify.
