  3. 3 Your parcel ships from Dubai You get a tracking message the moment it leaves our warehouse.
  4. 4 Delivered to your door Card orders are already paid. Paying cash? Check the parcel and pay the driver. Faulty item? We replace it within 7 days.

Changed your mind? Message us on WhatsApp before dispatch and we will cancel free of charge — please do not refuse the parcel at the door.

How can I pay?

Your choice. Pay by card at checkout, or pick cash on delivery and pay the courier when your parcel reaches you.

How long does delivery take?

1–2 working days for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. 2–4 working days for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. You get a WhatsApp message with tracking as soon as it ships.

What if I change my mind after ordering?

Message us on WhatsApp before the parcel is dispatched and we will cancel it free of charge. Please do not refuse the parcel at the door — refused deliveries cost us both ways.

What if the item is faulty or wrong?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Where do you ship from?

From our warehouse in Muhaisnah 4, Dubai. Everything in stock is already in the UAE — nothing ships from overseas.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is a flat AED 9 anywhere in the UAE, and completely free once your order passes AED 100. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you confirm.
